Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting functions including data entry, preparing vouchers and payments;
• Prepare proper journal for accounting transactions;
• Other clerical support to the Department and ad hoc assignments; and
• Position would be based on candidate’s experience and qualification.

Requirements

• LCCI Higher or Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Office application including Excel and Word;
• Knowledge in FlexACC system will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and careful; and
• Immediate available is preferred.
