We are looking for a Secretary to join our fast-growing team.

• Work under the President to manage accounting documentations including recording sales orders, issuing POs and invoices, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as handling operating expenses.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for business supporting under the President’s supervision
• Handle general administration affairs

 Qualifications

• Hong Kong permanent resident
• LCC higher certificate in Accounting
• Minimum three year’s experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, experience in QuickBooks is preferable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Remuneration and Conditions

• Hong Kong base job position
• 5 days work per week in Fo Tan
• Basic salary plus performance related bonus
• 12 days Annual leave in addition to public holidays
• Medical insurance.
