Job Description

What you'll do:- Processing of customer accounts and transactions in a timely manner
- Arrange payments to customers through multiple payment solution platforms
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Reconcile daily/weekly/monthly/year end customer accounts reports and transaction reports
- Investigating any discrepancies within the reconciliation and ensuring a solution is found
- Maintain required files, reports, and data
- Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities
- Other ad hoc duties

- Work experience in a multinational startup company
- Speak fluent English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being useful but not essential
- Proficient in Excel and be educated in Maths, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Numeric sensitive and ability to identify errors
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Ability to work to deadlines with high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
- Fresh graduation are welcome
