Job Description
- To assist in analysis of group’s performance for management decision making and support accounting activities to ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies and external audits
Job Duties
- Prepare and analyse group’s monthly financial statement package and management reporting to senior management
- Prepare group’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of group annual report, semi-annual report and financial statements
- Review month-end closing and management reporting of investment holding companies
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decisions
- Eligible for job rotation to other roles in Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA
- At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably from real estate industry or property management company
- High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions & powerpoint, experience in Power BI is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
- Good people management skills, strong teamwork spirit and able to coach and develop subordinates
- Immediately available is preferred
Remuneration
