Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance Manager in daily accounts operation e.g. supplier’s invoice checking and data inputting
• Review and input Expenses Claims for staff
• Support Preparation of the Month End Closing i.e. Accounting Schedules Preparation and Accounts Reconciliation
• Documents filing and record keeping
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Skills Required:

• At least 1-2 year of experience in handling accounts, fresh graduates are welcome
• Good command of English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Good organisational skills & interpersonal communication skills
• Accurate, diligent and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, disciplined and resourceful
• Works well in a team and willing to assist with ad-hoc responsibilities
• Immediate available is preferable
