We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and motivated professional to join Financial Analysis & Decision Support Team of Finance – Corporate Affairs & Customer Success. Reporting to the Manager - Finance, the appointee will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities: 

• Perform monitoring, reporting and variance analysis of operational and financial Key Performance Indicators
• Timely compile and maintain monthly management reports and dashboards on Microsoft Power BI or other software
• Review business cases, design thinking projects and new initiatives, track the proposed benefits therein for realisation
• Coordinate and timely prepare justifiable operating / capital expenditure budgets (particularly IT costs) and subsequently monitor and update budgets for management approval
• Perform financial and management accounting activities such as periodic closing, reports preparation, accruals and adjustments
• Provide professional advice and support to management and user departments in relation to financial and internal control matters
• Participate in system and process improvements initiatives and other ad hoc assignments to cope with business needs

Requirements: 

• A recognized university degree in relevant discipline plus a professional qualification of a recognized accountancy body
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and proven capability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP and Microsoft Power Platform experiences are advantages
