Responsibilities:

• Handles daily cash received from F&B operation and prepares cash floats
• Prepares daily Cash Position Report and analysis reports
• Ensures the proper set up of POS and cashier counters
• Organises and performs surprise cash counts, as well as prepares cash count reports
• Ensures the procedures for sales transactions in F&B operation are followed
• Participates monthly stock taking
• Performs other accounting duties such as income auditing, F&B costing as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• Accounting or relevant working experience preferred but on the job training will be provided, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Duties at weekends, public holidays and the Centre's event days are required
• Familiar with computerised accounting systems
• Good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• High integrity and trustworthy
