Responsibilities:

• Support our Corporate Secretarial team in providing full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to local and overseas clients

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major
• Associate member or Student member of HKCGI/CGI
• 5+ years’ solid relevant experience in professional firms/listed companies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications & Chinese word processing
• Well-versed in CSA is definitely an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin is preferred
• Mature, self-motivated, detailed-minded and able to work independently

*Candidates with less experience may consider for the position of Corporate Secretarial Officer.
