Job Responsibilities:

• Review expense data and handle reimbursement inquiries
• Make payment information
• Preparation of accounting documents and financial statements etc.
• Manage fixed assets, accounts receivable and accounts payable, accounting files etc.
• Handle comprehensive administrative affairs in the sector and assist the team leader in handling various internal audit inspections
• Assist the Financial Management Department to deal with the comprehensive matters of the department

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• 2 years relevant work experience within the financial industry
• Familiar with EXCEL spreadsheet and Chinese word processing
• Able to lead a small team with good communication skills, can work independently
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
