Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, vouchers, filing and cheque payments;
• Handle petty cash and expenses claims;
• Maintain registers including Invoice, Purchase Request, and Freelancer Application;
• Prepare bank reconciliation and current accounts reconciliation in month-end;
• Perform bank-in and related issues; and
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time.

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher Level / Diploma Holder in accounting or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience; previous working in government funded organization is an advantage;
• Proficient and knowledge in use of computerized accounting software, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; hands-on experience in Flex Account system is an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Initiative, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Required to work overtime and at irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during peak seasons; and
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer.
