Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheques and bank reconciliation, bank receipts and payment transactions
• Follow up account receivable and payable
• Handling deposit refund to customers and reconciliation of accounting schedules and accounting receivable breakdown of customers
• Daily routine accounting and clerical  duties and filing
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

• 3 years or above accounting experience;
• Good knowledge in using MS Word & Excel, Chinese data input
• Detail-oriented to handle routine data entry accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
