Accountabilities

• Report to Financial Controller, oversee P2P process, Accounts Payable
• Co-ordinate and work closely with share service center (SSC) to ensure vendor invoice coding correctly and performed weekly payment cycle
• Answer business partner/employee query on vendor payment status, T&E claims and other issue
• Prepare monthly cash projection
• Review AP aging and accrued expense schedules after closing
• Update annually SOX P2P control process
• Work on ad-hoc projects when required

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or a student member of professional bodies
• 5 years working experience in Accounts Payable with 2 years supervisory role
• Good knowledge and hand-on experience in SAP system operation is a must
• Previous retail business experience would be an advantage
• Good MS Excel skills, English and Chinese Language skills
• Responsible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
