The job holder is responsible to assist the Quality Assurance Manager in upholding and maintaining the food safety and quality standard of the products and service provided by the company.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor of Food Science and Food Technology or related discipline.
• 1 year solid working experience in food industry.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO22000 and HACCP.
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and leadership skill.
• Independent, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Computer literate.
• Outdoor work is required.
