Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data processing and clerical duties on marketing projects
• Perform daily book keeping and accounting related duties
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Responsible for general administrative, filing and clerical duties
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year of work experience preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered
• Higher Diploma in accounting or LCCI Intermediate level or above will be considered for Accounting Assistant position;
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, Power Point and Word (Familiar with excel formula & Pivot table)
• Mature, well-organized, detailed-oriented, sensitive to numbers and self-motivated.  Able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external parties.
• Good command of both Chinese and English
