The Hong Kong Institute of Languages is now inviting energetic and self-motivated candidates for the above position.

Responsibilities

•    Handle students' payments, invoice checking, data input & filing
•    Follow up overdue accounts receivable
•    Timely update records in the system
•    Monitor disbursement with verification of supporting documents
•  Handle expense claims and maintain petty cash
•    Prepare cheques for payments to suppliers and bills

Requirements

•   Degree or Diploma in accounting or related discipline
•  Qualified accountant with professional qualifications
•  Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in SME office environment
•  Good spoken and written English
•  Proficient in Quickbooks
•  Able to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines and under minimal supervision
•   Mature, responsible, hardworking, independent, well organized, detail-minded and able to perform multitask
