Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out payment checking processes by matching invoices with orders/contract; where necessary, match with evidence of receipts of good/services
- Check for accuracy of invoicing by vendors
- Assist in treasury management
- Maintain balance sheet schedule, e.g PPE, AR, OR
- Assist in month end and year end closing
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or other related disciplines
- Diligent, numerate and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn couple with strong interpersonal and communication skil Good in spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Immediate available is preferred
