Your role:

• Handle ad-hoc project focusing on system development, to initiate business requirements, work with IT to formulate development solution and conduct testing to ensure smooth implementation
• Monitor the daily operations of the team, including but not limited to credit operation, credit assessment, accounts receivables management of corporate customers and outsourcing of debts collection
• Ensure that immediate credit management activities are taken against high-risk customers to minimize potential bad debt
• Prepare MIS reports and statistics identifying high risk area for management to review policy in order to mitigate credit risk
• Identify areas of improvement and to make changes to improve service level and increase productivity through office automation
• Review from time to time the internal and external environments to recommend to management an effective corporate credit policy

To succeed in this role:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in a supervisory position of credit management and project management, preferably in telecommunications industry
• Strong leadership, proactive, enthusiastic, independent
• Strong analytical mind and sensitive to market/economic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent people management skill 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Credit Management Executive.
