Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate buying costs with media suppliers
- Prepare the plan for client approval
- Prepare post-campaign monitoring reports
- Support team on administration work daily
- Assist team to prepare billing and invoice
- Liaise with third parties for media buying activities
- Gather market information for the regular media update
- Other ad-hoc project assigned
Requirements:
- DSE or above
- Good at numbers and have strong attention to details
- Act as a team player while able to work independently on assigned projects under tight schedule
- Must be well organized
- Quick learner and keen to learn new skillset
- PC Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
