Executive Summary

• Major Technology Trading and R&D Blue Chip Stock Company with over 30,000 employees worldwide
• International management style drive, staff orientated and autonomy

• Strong financial performance firm with consistent EBITA growth in past 5 years

• Executes the annual regional audit plan to include scheduling audit engagements and proactively maintaining the audit schedule.
• Identify financial and business control risk areas in Finance and Operation
• Reviews and discusses audit findings with manager and internal management team
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation which includes drafting findings and recommendations
• Recommends appropriate corrective actions and follows up on remediation efforts
• Maintains effective working relationships with management, stakeholders and internal auditors
• Provides consultative support to the organization for improving business value as needed

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of audit or related experience with global CPA firm AND / OR in house commercial environment 
• Operational audit experience or experience in operations is strongly preferred
• Experience at PRC organizations is strongly preferred
• CPA and/or CIA qualification will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and solid due diligence and research abilities
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
•  Good team member and able to work independently 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
