Responsibilities:

• Handle a full range of recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, arranging job offers and on-boarding procedures
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount report & analysis and recruitment status
• Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends, explore new candidate sourcing channels when necessary
• Support on other HR activities include but not limited to employee enquiries, company activities, HR policies documentation, HR projects and etc
• Maintain and update employee attendance, leave record and insurance benefits enrolment
• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including daily operations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, leave and attendance records;
•  Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures; 
• Support on other HR activities include but not limited to employee enquiries, company activities, HR policies documentation, HR projects and etc
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR;
• Good team player and energetic with good communication skills;
• Proficient in MS applications, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Able to work independently, good team player
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
