Key responsibilities:

•  Perform full set of C&B administration in payroll, taxation, MPF, medical and EC  case
•  Assist in performance appraisal and reward projects
•  Prepare HR reports such as headcount report, staff attendance report and payroll accounting report etc.
•  Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation
•  Assist in the formulation and review of HR policies, procedures, workflow, HRIS
•  Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years solid experience in handling payroll and benefits administration in a sizable company (preferably in FMCG industry)
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Familiar with PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office
• A good team player, resourceful with positive working attitude
• Attentive to details with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Able to communicate with all levels staff (managerial and operational)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
