Job Description
Tasks and challenges you will encounter:
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition and other HR services
- Evaluate the quality of talents needed, current structure and future plan of the team; discuss with hiring managers before/when we hire, or modify the role if necessary
- Actively search for the right candidate, engage and support them to shine in the company
- Listen and offer consultative and professional advices and solutions to business functions heads, by balancing things like fairness, motivating effect, cost, company values, etc on HR related matters
- Know the culture and engagement we want to create through working environment, understand leaders and staff’s voice and make it happen with budget available
- Initiate development program to develop staff that company or department need before they realise it
- Break through company legacy by enhancing and revamping existing HR practices, procedures and policies
- Support the team in handling various HR documentation
- Resolve HR enquiries in a professional manner
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or relevant discipline
- 1 year of solid HR experience, high calibre fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Proactive, quality-driver, organized, resourceful, fast-learner, self-starter and a good team player
- Adapt to fast-changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Human Resources Officer
