• To perform reception duties such as greeting boss and guests, handling incoming calls and mails, greeting visitors, dealing with courier matters, etc
• Handling project documents and maintaining effective filing / database management systems
• Providing general clerical and administrative support, such as data entry, filing etc
• To maintain office equipment, telecommunications and material library
• Handling stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Managing meeting rooms reservation, guests’ beverage serving and equipment set-up for meeting
• Participating in organizing and coordinating Company events and activities
• Assist in some outdoor works if possible
• To Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in administrative
• Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
• Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software tools
• Immediate available is preferred
