Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including incoming calls, mailing, courier services and greeting guests in professional manner
  • Maintain regular office supplies, maintenance and sanitary services
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin. department
  • Perform ad hoc duties/ projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Form 5/DSE or above 
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in office administration and reception
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using MS Words, MS Excel and Chinese typing
  • Excellent customer-service manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Immediate available is preferrd
