Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Learning and Development function
- Highly participate in formulating, coordinating, promoting, and evaluating Learning and Development projects
- Coordinate training logistics with internal and/or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training courses & programs
- Assist in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) including timely update of employee database
- Prepare and consolidate various training records, analysis, and reports for management review
- Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties
- University graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded and well-organized, creative in idea generation and application in daily work
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
- Proficient in video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
