Job Specifications:

• Collaborate on new concept/product strategies to capture the market potentials;
• Drive and manage monthly, quarterly and annual business planning;
• Provide full range of travel consultancy services to customers including, flight, hotel reservation and other travel arrangements;
• Plan future product roadmap & product requirements based on thorough understanding about market, competitors, technology and customers;
• Plan tour itineraries and handle customers’ enquiries;
• Build and maintain good relationships with travel operators and business partners.

Skills Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in travel / tourism industry with strong repeat and referral client base;
• Extensive travel experience and broad product knowledge;
• Excellent organisation and presentation skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Ability to work within a small team;
• Experience in advertising / media and luxury industry an advantage;
• IATA Licence holder with hands-on experience in travel-related administrative and logistic arrangements e.g. ticketing, accommodation, land transport, etc.
