Responsibilities: 

• Assist in handle full spectrum of HR and admin functions, including but not limited to monthly payroll & commission calculation, administration of MPF & medical, staff attendance record, new staff orientation program, recruitment and selection, staff relations activities and other office administration duties, etc
• Prepare employment contract and related correspondence
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years’ all-rounded HR & Admin experience
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Mature, meticulous, self-motivated, logical thinking and well-organized
• Strong analytical sense and able to handle figures
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Able to multi-task and with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
