Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide people services, including contract staff recruitment and contract renewal (head office and site), staff transfer, leave management, and other operational issues for Hong Kong office
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding procedures, promotion and salary review
- Data governance in people system to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Participate in new people system migration and implementation
- Prepare various staff correspondences and maintain staff records
- Verify data accuracy in systems and consolidate relevant data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis purposes
- Engage in ad-hoc projects as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant experiences with prior experience in fast-paced environment or sizable company would be an advantage
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
- Responsible, well-organized, good time management and detail-minded
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
