Responsibilities:

• Provide Personal and Family Support
• Administer payment / reimbursement
• Responsible for property and facilities management and maintenance, renovation, worker recruitment if necessary
• Planning and organizing events (e.g. Birthday Party, VIP dinners etc.)
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Perform any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• Higher diploma education or above with 1 years working experience in administrative
• Outgoing, detail-oriented, independent and pleasant personality
• Proficiency in communication of both English and Putonghua
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• A good team player with proactive working attitude and positive thinking
• Flight attendant experience preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be consider
