Job description :

• Preparation of purchase orders and invoices to clients
• Monthly Timesheet Preparation/ Follow up
• Provide general administrative support within the support team and to senior staff members
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, candidates and internal staff
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

 Requirements: 

• High school graduate/ Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1–2 year experience preferred, in sales support/ administration
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
