Our client, a sizeable company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Human Resources Officer – Recruitment Focus to meet their expansion needs (5 days / Good Salary Package)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities for branch staff including sourcing new recruitment channels, screening of applications, arranging, conducting interviews, and maintaining the candidate database
• Working closely with hiring manager by providing hiring strategies to hiring managers to ensure hiring needs meet business needs
• Participate in various recruitment events such as Job Fairs, recruitment webinar, bulk recruitment
• Manage manpower planning to cope with market expansions
• Assist with HR ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
• 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or Retail industries 
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, independent and open minded
