Responsibilities :

• Provide all rounded personal, secretarial and administrative support to director
• Manage dairy, coordinate meetings and organise daily schedules including travel arrangements
• Coordinate events & meetings with various parties
• Prepare business correspondences, proposals, agendas, minutes, reports, expenses claims
• other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Photoshop, Chinese word processing
• Mature, responsible, independent, well-organized, detail-minded
• High integrity & confidentiality, resourceful and agile
• Able to work under pressure
