Job Description

The job-holder will work with a project team to formulate and conduct a series of work plans in strengthening and enhancing the process of talent acquisition and development.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects on organisation culture and employer branding initiatives, talent acquisition programs and pre-employment engagement. 
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and virtual training programs. 
  • Assist in the implementation of annual Staff Development Plan, including coordination, courses enrollment, evaluation, e-learning content development and reporting, etc. 
  • Develop digital learning projects, edit videos for training courses, organisation initiatives and events. 
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as require.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in related disciplines.
  • At least 2-years’ work experience in Training/Talent Development or similar role.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Digital learning design experience an advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent.
