We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Procurement Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Finance Department based here in Hong Kong.  The Finance Department acts as a key contributor in managing foodpanda’s financial performance and internal control, while it also provides financial, legal data and procurement advisory to support our business growth. Our procurement team takes the responsibilities of local category management. It targets to continually innovate, develop tools and processes to automate, streamline and improve the procurement function.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Assist in sourcing and conducting market research for potential local supplier 
• Onboard new supplier, maintain and update supplier database on timely manner
• Coordinate and follow up the progress of purchase requisition and payment
• Assist in internal and external correspondence and maintain proper procurement record and system database
• Prepare summary and report for management evaluation
• Assist in driving company-wide  awareness towards  compliance and  adhere to procurement policies and procedures
• Actively work with internal stakeholders on procurement topics
• Support procurement activities and handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree holder in Business administration or other relevant disciplines
• 1+ years working experience in Procurement/Merchandising/Buying
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
