Job Description

Job Duties:

  • To perform order checking before delivery and stock take;
  • To issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices;
  • To assist Central Kitchen Manager in all administration works in SCM and NetSuite system;
  • To handle daily data entries and document filing.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above;
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Knowledge of the SCM and NetSuite system is an advantage;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
