• Support training administration including enrollment, update records, consolidate training evaluation, process data and generate reports
• Coordinate the pre- and post-training logistics with internal or external parties
• Assist to design, develop and facilitate training programs
• Assist to produce training videos to enhance training effectiveness of learning platform
• Prepare and update training materials and manual
• Support other HR functions and participate in ad hoc assignments as required

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Interested in FMCG retail industry, minimum 1 year training experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of video-editing is preferred
• Positive, flexible, well-organized, detail-minded and people-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer
