JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for providing all-round support on designated Human Resources functions. Including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and administration.
• Establish an effective talent selection and recruitment system, focusing on the recruitment of high-end talent positions, the use of various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs.
• Participate in organizing and coordinating corporate events and staff relations activities.
• Handle the daily administrative work of the office. Establish, improve and execute the company's standardized administrative management system effectively. Provide executive support to assigned ad hoc tasks/projects.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Above 4 years related working experience.
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multi-task, responsible, hardworking and work under pressure.
• Detail-minded, well-organized, mature, self-motivated, be a good team player.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
