Job Description
Main responsibilities
Auction post stage administration
With active participation in European auction events in the recent months, we are looking for an assistant to support the team on goods receiving and management.
Where appropriate, may involve in auction planning and execution, which includes but not limited to: assist on locating and recommending auction events and targeted auction goods; join the team to participant in auctions to bid the goods, etc. ( We are the buyer and collector).
Requirements

With active participation in European auction events in the recent months, we are looking for an assistant to support the team on goods receiving and management.
- To assist on goods receiving, mainly to verify the quantity and quality;
- To record the goods status by taking photos and well organize the photos in according to the goods ID ( no need professional photography level);
- To Download photos from websites, and assist on preparing the labels;
- To assist on re-packing and storage;
- To assist on setting up the book keeping to well manage the goods;
Where appropriate, may involve in auction planning and execution, which includes but not limited to: assist on locating and recommending auction events and targeted auction goods; join the team to participant in auctions to bid the goods, etc. ( We are the buyer and collector).
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin;
- Detail oriented and hardworking;
- A team player;
- Strong ownership to work;
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS software;
- Be able to embrace the company culture
- Immediately available is a plus
- Salary range from HKD18K to 25K per month, subject to the candidate’s qualification, experience and potential;
- Medical insurance;
- 12 days annual leave (pro rata basis for 6 months contract);
- There could be a chance to extend the contract or even become a permanent staff, subject to the work performance and the vacancy availability.
