Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle leasing related administration work and follow up monthly rental payment processes
  • Liaise with real estate agents, prospective and current landlords for new lettings and lease renewals.
  • Build good relationship with landlords, property management office and business partner
  • Provide full spectrum administration supports and assist in operation management of headquarter and all branches
  • Manage of company driver daily operation such as company car fleet inspections and repair service, OT payment and related expenses
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in leasing and tenancy matters
  • Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Outdoor work is required
