Summary:

Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition) is a strategic Talent Acquisition partner role and will be a key contributor being part of Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise and who’s ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, help plan our Talent Strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come. 

Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process including consulting & working closely with HR Business Partners and Business Stakeholders to identify staffing needs. Design and implement attraction strategies, define clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening and offer completion. Contributes towards global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the company to align staffing with the workforce plans. Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within a business and region. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of talent pool.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Work with the business, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Drive the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub- region, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity
  • Use advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy within a sub-region.
  • Prior experience & exposure to having worked on Applicant Tracking System (Workday / Taleo / Success factor) is a must.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Management or relevant discipline
  • 5-8 years working experiences in Talent Acquisition (MNC experience is a must)
  • High proficiency in use of social media platforms and job boards
  • Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Preferred prior working experience in an MNC supporting hiring demand in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in using MS Office tools
