Job Responsibilities

•        Responsible for the entire employment cycle
•        Handle the full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, MPF, taxation and liaising with insurance vendors
•        Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review etc.
•        Review and manage the accuracy attendance and leave record
•        Set and review current HR & Admin policies and release notice as when needed
•        Ensure all HR processes and policies to comply with legal requirements
•        Manage office administration and facilities including liaison with Building Management Office
•        Prepare various HR reports for management review
•        Supervise a small team to handle daily operations

Requirements:

•        Degree holder in HRM / Business Admin or related discipline
•        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable company, MNC preferred
•        Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
•        Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill  
•        Good presentation and interpersonal skills
•        Self-driven and able to work under pressure
•        Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
•        Working experience in Engineering / Construction field is an advantage
•        Immediately available/short notice preferred
