Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the department head
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, including but not limited to arranging management meetings, itinerary, etc.
- Provide support to various teams within department
- Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
- Perform any other duties when required
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Positive, well organized, multi-tasking, can work independently and with high level of integrity
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word and Chinese Word Processing
