Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone enquiries, maintain enquiry log records and input CRM system record
• Liaise with clients and frontline staff to ensure the smoothness of operations, and follow up all aspects of projects
• Data input, prepare quotations, contracts, reports and invoices etc.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
• Assist superior in other administrative works

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• At least 1-2 years experiences in administrative works
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, willing to learn, able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Good command of written in Chinese & English and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  
• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing).
• Immediate available is highly preferred
