Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide full support to HR team in handling and coordinating routine HR functions and ad hoc projects involved in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
Maintain staff records (attendance, contract, and any other documents) according to policy and legal requirements
- Handle and follow up work injury cases
- Perform ad-hoc duties if required
- Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good teamwork player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Immediate available is highly preferred
