The jobholder is to provide support for Sales Human Resources ("SHR") project deliverables, system production issues and distribution campaign computation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SHR projects, work with project team members and end users for business requirement preparation and functional specification review
• Prepare and execute user acceptance test and implementation verification test
• Prepare training material and conduct end user training
• Provide post implementation support to end user upon system enhancement
• Assist in coordinating with IT and handling system production issues
• Provide support to distribution campaign computation
• Assist in ad-hoc and administrative tasks on needed basis

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or related disciplines
• 2 years of working experience in Insurance/Financial Services Industry
• Fresh graduate with part-time working experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
• Strong logical, numerical sense and problem-solving skills
• As a good team player to work in cooperative manner
• With good service mind-set, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Macro and Chinese Word Processing
