Job Description

Job Duties:

  • To provide office clerical support as required.    
  • To assist and prepare the document and quotations of projects.
  • To prepare time sheet, financial plan report, project closing.
  • To prepare the purchasing order, balance sheet, manhour calculation and summary / report.
  • To generate stock consumption analysis regularly and prepare requisition requests to Strategic Purchasing Department accordingly.
  • To inspect and allocate appropriate store location for received items and handle the respective documents.

Job Requirements:

  • F.5, Diploma or above in Business Management or equivalent
  • Have 2 years or above experience in admin role
  • Must have good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well organized
