Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Report to Assistant Human Resources Manager
  • Be in-charge of all talent acquisition activities that includes diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, offer negotiation and on/off boarding.
  • Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Managing and maintaining internal and external recruitment channels and platforms, and preparing relevant reports
  • Driving the continuous optimization of talent acquisition efficiency and leverage best practice
  • Driving the employer brand and core values across all employee touchpoints, through communications and employee advocacy
  • Formulating strategic recruitment initiatives to strengthen the employer branding
  • Designing, building and executing a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content to bring our employer brand to life

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines.
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in-house retail / health & beauty background
  • Previous exposure to high volume recruitment advantageous
  • High proficiency in use of social media platforms and job boards
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
  • More experiences will be considered as Senior Specialist
  • Immediately available is preferred.
