Job Description

Our Client

Our client is a well-known credit and personal financial services company. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer in C&B.

Immediate available is preferable, and alternate Sat work (half-day) is required.

Responsibilitieswell-known credit and personal financial services company

  • Handle payroll, final payment calculation, commission, incentive, overtime time off, performance management process
  • Attendance related matters / Overtime time off calculation and checking / DS commission, CS awards, Special Task Force incentive calculation & checking
  • Ensure a succeed transition of implementing a new HRIS/HCM, e.g., schedule planning, user requirement collection, blueprint, specification, data migration, UAT, trail run, and user manuals etc.
  • Daily maintenance of HRIS (New Joiner Enrolment, Employee Info Maintenance, ESS related task, Upload leave record to HRIS, Time & Attendance such as roster setting, leave entitlement update etc, Payroll batch update etc.)
  • Update PMS toolkit, set yearly PMS cycle, set yearly new PMS scheme, set scoring rules, check KPI, check PMS scoring and generate PMS reports
  • Handle the LE Form (import LE form for checking, prepare and send LE summary to each dept head)
  • Compile HR data and reports from the HRIS system
  • Recruitment, Staff on boarding, Probation process, enrol company fringe benefit, exit interview
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Human Resources Management or Business Admin
  • At least 5 years or above working experience
  • Solid experience on payroll, C&B calculation
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Solid experience for implementation of HRIS/HCM
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conscientious and hardworking
  • Well organized and multi-tasking
  • Sensitive to numeric figures with strong analytical mind
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Energetic, people oriented and good team player
  • Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel
