Responsibilities

• Register and re-distribute incoming project documents and samples
• Assist in ensuring proper delivery of project sample, drawings and related documents; delivery destinations include Hong Kong and areas out of Hong Kong
• Assist in making purchases in accordance to instructions from project and QS department
• Assist in sourcing and sampling new suppliers, and maintain a supplier data base
• Assist in centralizing project reports
• Assist in preparing contracts for site workers and arranging site training lessons for site workers
• Assist in monitoring worker data base
• Assist in monitoring company's catalogue data base
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Document Control Manager

Requirements

• Secondary five or above education level
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
• Proficient in PC application such as MS Office and Chinese input
• Able to manage documents with careful attention
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Good organization and communication skills
• Willing to travel and work on site
• Knowledge in building construction is preferable
• With valid green card is preferable 
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
