Responsibilities :

• Participate in drafting of various business management analysis reports and reporting materials of the company to senior management or government authority;
• Assist in organizing company meetings, preparing related documents, drafting minutes and following up the assigned tasks; 
• Provide administration and secretarial support for senior management and the office;
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Business Management, Corporate Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience of providing administration or secretarial support to senior management or board members;
• Experience in aviation industry or sizable company will be an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated mindset and able to work in a fast pace environment;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficiency in Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing (simplified Chinese);
• Fresh graduate, who is familiar with Chinese culture, can also be considered.
